lets see if this works, just spent ages typing this up so fingers crossed, also you are right on column settings in spreadsheet view I can choose to change the names as they appear at the tops of the colums. Before I do this I would like to check with our dispatch service whether they go off codes/names or both as would be rather tedious to retype after deleting.
